Seeing something change around your home can create uncertainty. A quick search can produce conflicting information, technical terminology, and sometimes more concern than clarity. BeforeRepair takes a different approach. We help homeowners start with what they actually know: what they’ve noticed, where they’ve noticed it, and whether they’ve seen it change. From there, BeforeRepair helps organize that information into an educational starting point.

BeforeRepair isn’t a repair company, and the assessment isn’t designed to diagnose what’s happening in your home. A visible change can have multiple possible explanations. Completing a BeforeRepair assessment does not automatically send your information to a contractor or other professional. If you decide you’d like a referral, you can request professional contact at the end of the assessment and provide consent before your contact information is shared.
